Guatemala
Chocolate and orange from volcanic valleys. The classic medium roast, good in milk, good black.
Each Guatemalan region sits in a different valley with its own microclimate: Antigua is dry and volcanic, Huehuetenango is high and remote, Cobán is wet and cloudy. Bourbon and Caturra varieties give sweetness and body. If you want one coffee for a household that drinks both espresso and filter, a washed Guatemalan is a safe bet.
